Great ambitious firm looking to disrupt the legal market

Had these guys representing my prospective new mortgage lender. I was not impressed as this simple process ended up costing me more money than necessary with my previous mortgage product expiring and rate doubling. This was summarily due to the time Moray took to get things right with documentation, which was poorly written and unclear. Still failed to spell my name correctly after several attempts. Communication was poor, never answered the phone, and blamed it on the phone not working...not really an excuse these days!Noone seemed to be keeping an eye on what appeared to be a trainee dealing with me.Much to improve I feel. Maybe there are better people in this company and this is not fully representative.
