Mercedes-Benz of Bridgend

After being let down by a few other manufacturers, we have visited Mercedes shop in Bridgend where Chris and the whole team was really helpful and managed to sort our new car just within 2 weeks. Kind and quick service, professional staff supporting every step from start to finish - I would highly recommend to anyone!

Just picked up my new CLA. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone, receptionists, back of house staff, sales staff and handover experts were always helpful and did everything with a smile on their face. Special “thank you” to Chris Little for dealing with the sale from start to finish - even coming in on his day off with his beautiful dog (more dogs should be allowed at work) to do the handover. Very professional, no sales pressure. Pleasure. The only disappointment was not being able to test drive the same spec model, but Chris was very helpful, found a suitable alternative and relieved me all of my concerns and questions. My wife and I looking for a new car had the pleasure of Chris, (I want to say salesmen) but he made us feel very welcome and very friendly. We took the car for a test drive with no pressure which is what we wanted making the whole experience 5star. Lovely person to have done a deal with, just waiting now for the car to be made ready for us to collect which should be within a week of purchase. Any extra work we wanted doing will be done. Had issue with my E class which was under manufactured warranty, the lady on the phone was brilliant very polite and helpful. Arranged to drop my car and the service guy Josh explained everything. I must say I tired Swansea branch first as I live near but found the Bridgend site much better in terms of customer service. Had a phone call today to say the car will be fixed and both parts and labour will be paid for by Mercedes. What else can you expect from such excellent team, thank you for everything. I bought a new eclass in 2019 after 25k the gearbox packed in(its gone 3 times since). After my second service they did not put enough oil in the engine warning light came on within 2 hours, they informed me it was probably a sensor, not so they had only just put in enough oil to stop it blowing up. Then when they last did my gearbox they turned off my dashcam and it has not worked since. Got a different car on order glad to see the back of mercedes they are not as prestigious has they think they are.

I purchased an A45 AMG from Chris Little at MB Bridgend. The service he provided from start to end was levels above that of any other MB dealership I've dealt with. The enthusiasm shines through and made the whole process easy and enjoyable..constant communication and updates, outstanding attention to detail and a no pressure environment. I will definitely be recommending Chris, a great asset to the Sinclair group.

I’ve promised myself never to visit the Bridgend branch due to negative experiences in the past. Yet I’ve done it for a friend of mine for the so call summer event. I felt patronised from the beginning, with no intention on their side to sell a car. Not a single effort and everything was just a plain conversation that ended up with a same plain “good bye”. I wish them good luck in the future and many worthy clients, but I will never set foot in there ever again, even if they’ll sell them for free.

I was looking at purchasing a C43. They said they close at 6.30. I get there and find everyone had already gone home and it was closed before that time. Definitely lost themselves a sale, will go else where
