Shocking place worst dfds terminal going. The office is just full of lazy can't be bothered oxygen thieves. I'm surprised some one pays them.

Usual ANTI-HGV driver as truckers are treated particularly badly and disrespected. Toilets regularly back-flow covering walkways with the inevitable raw sewage.

Some guys are great, but the employees from DFDS.....they've got a lot to learn, to facilitate acces of drivers....Some of them are finishing their program, you can't just leave them at the window for minutes....We don't work from 6 to 14, or whatever, we work between 13 and 15 hours a day, and when the last minute comes, you have to be parked, or else...ticket from police! Who pays for that? DFDS?So, more care for the drivers, shorter waiting times, and all could just be great!

I arrived at the Dooley terminal after a long day to find my trailer didn't have customs clearance.As instructed I reported to the DFDS office on the Quay. To describe the person there as needlessly abrupt would be an understatement. No way to deal with people!
