OK Iceland, seemed a little run down. Large goods trolleys let in aisles. Lack of shallow trolleys or wheeled baskets for those less mobile needing fewer items

Never really liked the idea of Iceland so have never visited one before. I was trying to waste some time so popped in and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up coming out with lots of bits and really happy with the customer service I received. Will go back.

Staff are always smiling. Shelves are well stocked. So stuff is a little expensive but at the same time there are deals to be had.

The food was great but the fact they have removed the floor markings and filled every possible gap with baskets of products and therefore restricted the passing space between freezers have no one way system in place and taken away the sanitizer from the door is extremely worrying especially when their website says all this is in place and even though this has been reported to head office nothing has been done about it is worrying, these are scary times especially for those like myself hume are high risk.
