Mr naughtin Doppy is a jumped up arrogant wanna be posh so and soThe way he speaks to ppl is like he is a master with slavesPlease don’t waste your money try somewhere else it’s all false what you seeYou should treat and speak to ppl better and with respect and get off your high horse and this truthful review would not have been wrote .

Excellent, efficient and understanding staff.

Initially care for my mum was second to none and communication was superb and I could not fault the place at all,sadly then as the covid crisis came and contact became less standards of care,attitudes of staff,and communication became less.I cannot begin to guess the amount of clothing and toiletries of my mums that disappeared and no amount of discussion with staff improved anything.The experience after my mums passing was poor,the attitude of some staff especially housekeeping was appalling,when arriving to clear out mums room we didn't even get any words of sympathy just staff arguing with us about sentimental items missing from my mums room which I might add was absolutely filthy. In a very warm september they hadn't even had the decency to empty the stinking clinical waste that had been locked in my mums non ventilated room for 3 days.The sentimental items were never recovered .In my opinion this home has rapidly hurtled downhill in the last 18 months.Some good genuine staff are overworked under to much pressure and unable to actually care let down by the majority.The only certain thing here is the increase in fees
