Just needed an MOT. The team called me as there was a cancellation slot which was great service.

Paid in advance for a aircon top up and clean. Technician discovered I had a faulty compressor after topping up my aircon. This resulted in them having to drain the system of the new gas. Full refund given before I even got back to collect vehicle. Trust worthy company will be back in future for any work.

Booked MOT online, turned up at the appointed time. Car ready 1 hour later.Advised that front tyres are getting low, will be going back next payday to get them replaced.Highly recommended.

Called yesterday to book my friends van in as he had a slow puncture. Was given a time of 1500hrs. We explained he’s a police officer and had to drive back to Devon for work on the Sunday. When I got there they said they had no record of the booking. And couldn’t do anything to help him out. The advice was to just keep stopping to pump it up.Absolutely will never use or recommend this place from the experience.

Did my m.o.t and 7 days later did the retest after work being done and got a free retest and a complimentary bulb change done to get it past, great place for m.o.t thoroughly recommended. Reasonably quoted for work to be done, thank you.

Booked in for new breaks, advised they could do them this day. After having my car most of the day, called to say they can fit it in in 4 days time. During same appointment, I was called to say my car won't start. I went down to collect / bump start my car, to find out the mechanic wasn't putting his foot on the clutch to start the car and when I got there he started to unscrew my battery, I assume to replace, although I hadn't agreed.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. I trusted this center with my Audi TT, a car I've maintained in impeccable condition. I expected a seamless service, but what I got was the exact opposite.To my utter disbelief, a mere 15 miles after leaving the center, the Engine Management light lit up. My gut told me to inspect the engine, and what did I find? Loose screws within the bonnet! I can't even pinpoint where these screws belong. Such a lapse indicates either utter carelessness or incompetence on the part of the mechanics.Hoping for a quick rectification, I called them the next morning. Their explanation was nothing short of ridiculous. They informed me that their official Diagnostics kit had been sent off and that my car had been examined using a private one, which coincidentally now is unavailable as it belongs to a mechanic who borrowed it off someone else? They couldn't even help me resolve the situation.I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Potential customers, beware! If you value your vehicle and peace of mind, you might want to think twice before trusting them with your car.- 2nd part:The situation hasn't improved. Following my initial review detailing the issues post-service, I anticipated some form of engagement or remedial action on their part. However, the silence has been deafening.Further to my initial grievances, I was compelled to seek assistance from Boarhunt Garage and Recovery Services Limited due to the continuing issues. Their technician not only managed to identify the root cause swiftly but also corrected it. Shockingly, it was discovered that the spark plugs were improperly placed back by Formula One, resulting in a misfire in cylinder 3. And remember those loose screws in the bonnet I mentioned earlier? Boarhunt was able to determine their rightful place and address the oversight - something that should've been Formula One's responsibility.The stark contrast in service quality and customer care between the two entities is glaring. Yet, despite my attempts to communicate my grievances, there's been a disappointing lack of acknowledgment from any division or customer support at Formula One.It’s frustrating and disheartening to have to post another review. Potential customers should be aware of my experiences, and I hope Formula One will take this feedback to heart. Proper service and timely communication are not optional in such a crucial industry.
