The entrance to the bar is good but disappointed with the bar. No draft beer only bottle's and very expensive £4.50 for a bottle of Perroni is just a rip off. When you leave you use the back door into a dimley lit car park. Won't be going back.

The experience starts off well as you pass through the fake VHS shop front, once inside its like they completely ran out of ideas for an 80s theme bar. Black room with some neon photos (even the iconic Maxell break the sound barrier ad is a poor copy) it's just a boring black room with a bar. The prices are as though you're in a swanky leeds bar, eg £5 for a 330ml can of magic rock beer that you can pickup a 4 pack for £8 most places, just makes you feel ripped off. Cocktails typically £9+ were weak and loaded with ice. Staff were friendly but this could've been so much better, very disappointing.

Nice find, lovely vibe too. We are ladies who like good wines so guess what, when they didn’t have what we wanted, they went off and located it from one of their other venues! Brilliant service guys, we will be back!Mixed age group, loved it!

One of Wakey's best bars. Great staff and top music, always good for a weekend boogie.

I guess this trades on its novelty value, but if its just a quiet drink you're after. go elsewhere. You have to book online in advance with a £10 deposit that is redeemed against your first drink. On this occasion we didn't try the food but had pre-theatre cocktails. We'd booked the Lot bar which is essentially the back yard of RBT video. The Alabama slammer was great but the banana daiquiri was disappointing at a price of £12. It was very weak in content and mainly ground ice.I reverted to white wine for the second drink but my hubby tried another cocktail in a coconut husk. Again, disappointing and as with all cocktails they are mainly crushed ice that is too thick for a straw. He asked for a spoon only to be told that there wasn't one in the whole building!! so made do with a fork.Our first visit but most likely our last. I think I'll have a cocktail at home next time. Feel free to prove me wrong.

A fun novelty spot to visit once in a while. The idea is really cool but I don’t think the execution is quite there. Once you’re inside it’s just a big dark room with little to no actual decor that would further push the aesthetic that they’re trying to go for. But the drinks were actually really good. I really enjoyed what I got and would definitely come back for the drinks alone. I just wish it was better decorated on the inside

Such a cool hidden gem of a bar. Entrance is very nostalgic with all the VHS tapes! Great cocktails
