I have dealt with crest and Charlotte Shearer for nearly 2 years now - can hand on heart say nothing is ever to much hassle for Charlotte, she knows the industry in and out and is somehow always lovely to talk to 24/7 even on Monday mornings. Thank you

I love that EVERY single positive review is actually from the agency dishing the work out! Not one positive from the little man in receipt of the pitence he's bust his nuts for! When you question them you're blind sided and baffled with utter bull!! If you can avoid them make sure you do! Sadly some agencies leave us no choice!!

As someone who has never been self employed and used a umbrella company, the customer services was dam right atrocious, spoke down to and patronised for not understanding how these company’s operate, just parroting the same line, after putting phone down due to being spoken to like a child, i then figured out that they don’t pay the employer NIC and that cost should be accounted for by the agency that pays crest !!! Wouldn’t entertain using this company if I had the choice !!!!

Crest plus have been working with my agency to do paperwork and pay. I have had no issues, and pay is always on time. Anytime I contacted them, they answered my questions. I am satisfied and would recommend it to others.

Most incredibly irritating umbrella company I’ve ever experienced - I work sporadically as a supply teacher in between my other work and, for reasons only known to itself, Crest Plus frequently throw my account into a closed or dormant status before leaving copious phone calls, messages and texts requiring me to re-register every few weeks. On top of everything else their people have the audacity to imply it’s your fault for working the way you do - they need to make themselves more compatible with the 21st century and to remember we’re paying them for their service, not the other way around! Avoid.
