I recently bought a Mercedes CLA from Wealdstone Motors. I was very impressed with the customer service I received (especially from Greg). I had to buy the car without test driving it due to the restrictions on travel at the time, so was a bit nervous about purchasing without seeing it. I was assured that the car was in perfect condition and wasn’t disappointed when it arrived. The spec was exactly as described and the car arrived very quickly. Greg sorted all of the paper work out for me so I didn’t have to do anything except a bank transfer. I’m very happy with my new car :)

I dealt with Greg who was very welcoming and friendly. I received a very quick response to my initial web enquiry and further communication. Sanitising and social distancing measures are in place compliant with Covid-19 government guidelines. Very efficient and great customer service. All the cars in the showroom are quality used cars and I am very happy with my purchase. Love my new car, would definitely recommend to anyone.

I found my dream car on auto trader. Greg and his Dad were very nice, they offered us a cuppa and made us feel comfortable after our journey. The car was gorgeous, just as described in fact even better! I picked the car up 3 days later and it was such a pleasant and easy experience. I recently purchased a BMW X1 from here and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Even though there was no bargaining, it was a hassle free and honest approach to selling and I thoroughly recommend.Greg was patient to explain all the features of the car, had a very no nonsense approach and gave us plenty of time to look and test the car. Also there was no hard sell as the car spoke for itself being presented immaculately which is refreshing when buying cars.Happily recommend WMS to others and I'll be sure keep a look out for my next car in a few years time here, especially with a panoramic sunroof!

Limited but quality range of cars that are mostly well specced or very high specification. Had excellent communication and customer service from Greg from auto trader enquiry to the handover process. Greg was aware that the car I was looking at was for my dad whilst he was on holiday and he still had the patience and understanding of treating me as a serious customer. One of the very last family businesses left in existence.
