Best place to buy an older version of the phone you want, they aren't brand new but they are much much cheaper and will last until your trading in for a new Phone

Terrible customer service. Staff seem like they rolled outta bed just before you came in. Manageress has always had a power trip attitude. Now they hit you with BS excuses why they cant buy from you cash. They say there is a problem with their system, and cant bring up your account to buy cash. But if you buy from THEM, they can bring up same said account no problem. Just be honest and say you cant afford to have money leave the shop right now. Instead of lazy excuses from lazy staff

Took in a phone to sell them and they made me and my husband feel as if we had stole it. So different from your stores in Glasgow. Wouldn't recommend going in to this shop.

I went in to the shop with a problem with my xbox and not only did the staff go out their way to make sure I left with my issues resolved they also didn't charge me for the advice and and for what I needed. So I must say thank you for the help I was given.

Very helpful staff and lots and lots to choose from. The stock changes so on any one day you can view new items. I bought a new games controller as it stood out in the display inside. We always need controllers and with a 2 year warranty which is stored on the cex card, even drifting will be repaired we were told when we enquired to the extent of the warranty.You can also exchange goods and get more spend if to use in the shop rather than the cash
