Very bad communication, not responding to emails, not answering phone calls, took ages to get my deposit.They asked me to pay council tax after I left the property which was completely shocking,lost confidence dealing with them.

I have been a customer of Martin and Co Newport for 6 years, letting two apartments through them. I use them to manage all aspects of my property management.The service has been consistently good throughout that time and the tenants they have introduced me to have always respected the property and have paid any rent due in a timely manner.The staff at the office are approachable and helpful. I would recommend them as a trusted service provider for letting premises.

We signed a tenancy in Sept 2019 for a property let through Martin and Co. We had a fair few viewings with the agent Nick who was great, very professional and prompt reply to emails. We got pipped to one house, but Martin and Co understood what we needed and quickly recommended a house that had become available. Nick arranged a viewing straight away, and we applied immediately. The application process is really user friendly, all done online. We literally had it all done in a few hours. Great communication between agent and landlord, we agreed the moving in day we wanted, no fuss sorting tenancy agreement and keys. Very happy and grateful to Nick.

Had the most amazing customer service experience throughout my application for my first property with the lovely, kind and caring Claire. After trying to communicate with other letting agents companies, Claire was the only one that listened and helped us from the start all the way to getting the keys. Claire is an asset to the business and deserves more credit than what she gets. After nearly 2 year's of having a house on the market with previous owners of Martin & co. I had almost given up all hope of selling .Henry mitchell , the new owner took over and within 5 weeks, re- marketed the house and it was sold. He was so professional and totally got things moving.
