Took in a boxed PS4 500gb to sell. Was told they wouldn’t take it as they believed it had been tampered with due to a loose barcode sticker on the back. Although this wasn’t the case, which was frustrating, I appreciate there are company policies to follow. To then peel the barcode sticker off completely, throw it away and then proceed to damage the box by stuffing everything back in without care, the entire interaction delivered with noticeable apathy by both the server and the manager they consulted, is the reason for my one star. Will be choosing to travel further to another store than use Canterbury again.

This place is a joke. Massive waste of time. They charge either almost new or over retail on far to many items. Just go to the actual retailer where at least it’s new for the money

This is a great shop for quality second hand phones, tablets, game consoles and lots of other tech. Also has tons of dvd's Blu Ray'sAnd games. And when you're finished with them, just sell it back to them.

I go in for a look around not really for anything specially. There's plenty on offer and I could spend a lot of money if I had a lot of money. DVDs hundreds of them in alpha order so as long as you know what you're looking for it won't take long, browsing could be lengthy.

Downgraded my product I sold them from A to B just because I didn't include brand new earphones for hygiene reasons. The phone was mint like new, with box, new charger etc. Got robbed on the price they paid me just because of lack of earphones! Not happy.

Bit of a smaller store than usual here... And the selection of ps5 games was a little bit lacking but that's not really cex's fault.Very clean and staff were on hand to deal with any questions I had...Very frieny and helpful...I did not end up buying anything on this occasion but I would have been happy to if there was something that I wanted.Great service!

Brought a Apple HomePod Mini in to sell. Perfect condition, with box, plug and everything even stickers. The staff open the box before even check and say it is B grade. In my last 10 year’s experience with Cex, it should be A. Not happy with the offer and the staff’s attitude. Avoid!
