Broughty Ferry Beach
These was our local beach, when I was growing up. A lot cleaner today than back then. Chilly but sunny when I went, but two people in swimming. Brave or mad ?

Spent 2 hrs here just mooching and taking in the great scenery Scotland has to offer, worth a visit free parking as usual and plenty of it, castle and museum worth a visit its also free to enter, good variety of shops and bars and only found one charity shop so all good.

Nice place to talk a walk my dog and daughter had a nice time and also not a lot of rubbish laying about very clean and tidy beach would recommend this place to take your kids or pets or both

Beautiful beach in dundee, in the summer it is perfect for children to swim with the sea super calm with almost no waves and super shallow, it even looks like a swimming pool.

Went on a very sunny day, huge queues for ice cream vans but it was nice, beware if you don’t like flies or lots of seaweed because there is an abundance of them both right on the shore.

Absolutely stunning, clean and tidy beach.This place is quite near from Dundee City Centre. You can come here by 5 or 5a bus, also you can take a two way ticket which will cost you cheaper (one side is £2.35; both side is 4£)The beach is lovely joined at the corner with the Broughty Castle which also amazing.A very nice spot for a one day tour.

Lots of thinks to do. The castle is very charming and a nice viewing point. The inside galleries are not the best in terms of maintenance but full of history and interesting facts.

Brought Ferry lovely place worth a visit 4 miles north of Dundee,on coast line. Nice clean beach, play park for kids and small castle free entry all very close by to beach and car park area.

Beautiful spot, but do not go before 9:30 am during weekends if you would like to enjoy a coffee on the beach … or bring your own from home!

I didn’t like all the signs that say no dogs allowed on beach? I think the beach is one of the best places to bring your dog and family. I hope people go against this
