booked to clear yard at rental property , got told they would there between 1pm and 2pm next day . waited until 330pm after ringing and leaving messages and recieving no reply . managed to contact them the day after and was told they went to wrong number house . i said they had my number and messages . then got told they were too busy to do job. not very professional

One person came out to price up a job and called me with said price. Then got a series of texts from the boss calling me a time waster as I was not at the property at the time when told I had already received a quote from his workers he told me I must be lying as the price was too low. Then said he'd been in touch with his employer and the price was in fact correct as the job wasn't as big as he expected and when would I like it done. Needless to say we went else where after the aggressive texts and another company offered to do it 20 pound cheaper

Such a reasonable price, we had so much stuff to move and they moved it quickly and left the area really tidy. You wouldn't believe the difference! Thank you

Had a quote to clear a three bedroom house following the death of my mother (a council tenant) Specificaly included in the quote was to remove all fixtures and fittings from the house, and also all rubbish and garden furniture. At the time of removal they tried to charge extra for the removal of the garden items stating it wasn't in the quote (I can assure you it was). Luckily the lady representing me challenged them and they then removed SOME of the garden items. I'd also like to mention they would only be paid in cash and did not provide a receipt. In addition to this they also left all fixtures in the house that were screwed in such as mirrors and lighting. They gave me the impression they knew the standards the council required to leave a house empty....I was sadly mistaken. If you are in this position I'd urge you to seek your own advice.
