Moto Rapido Ducati

Had my Panigale V2 serviced today (30th June 23) and this is by far the best experience I've had with a garage.Booking and quoting was easy over the phone - the guys even sent a breakdown of the service and costs ahead of time. The centre was open early so I could drop off the bike and still get back for work which is a huge plus.I had a loan bike which was an essentially new Streetfighter V4s - absolutely brilliant.The work that's been done makes the bike feel kind of new again, and they spotted a few things that needed attention that I'd forgotten to mention when dropping it of - which shows they know what they're looking at.Guys in the shop were really helpful and more than up for a chat, showing interested in my plans for the bike this summer.Huge thanks - see you next year!

My Pani V4 has been coming here for its annual service since I bought the bike nearly 4 years ago and always had a good service.This time it was in for repair after all the electronics showed as an error! Andy and his team had the issue diagnosed before I'd even finished my complimentary coffee.Seems the ABS ring had taken a bash from something.Not only did they have the ABS ring off and replaced in short order, they also updated my software, cleaned and lubed my chain, checked the whole bike with report and test rode it to make sure all was well. The cost was a lot less than I expected too.Highly recommended Ducati dealer

I honestly can not thank these guys enough! No other ducati could get me in for months! They done it all within a few days! The customer service was next to none! 10/10. Just the help and advice they had given me helped put my worries at ease! I will go no where else now this garage/company are insane! Thank you all so much!

An amazing experience from start to finish.My HYPERMOTARD had broken down and my local garage was unable to fix the issue.Andy from Moto rapido was very professional and polite on the phone and I was booked in asap.The bike was collected by Ian, a friendly and professional driver who's passion for his job shows.When I went to collect back my bike, Andy was very knowledgeable and his experience shows. He was able to fix my bike quickly and provided a friendly experience.Finally on my way out I picked up a motorbike jacket from their store. They have a great selection of motorbike gear and Craig was very friendly and helpful to find me the best jacket for me.Honestly, a great experience and one that other garages should look too for an example for perfect customer service and professional work. It will now be my go to and I Would highly recommend MotoRapido to all!

Consistent, outstanding experiences.I live 1 mile from a large Ducati dealer but I first went to Moto Rapido (45 miles away) because I was in a pinch and needed brake pads for a track day the next day. They both actually had the parts in stock (unlike other dealers) and also made time to fit them so I didn't have to. They took the time to check over the bike and also found a number of issues, all of which were issues created by the service techs at the dealer I normally used.I went back when my next service was due (obviously) with a few additional questions that again, other dealers had tried to dismiss or just shrug at. Just bought my second Ducati. First one was a 950s which Andy looked after for me. All good from my experience with the workshop.And, I just traded that for a V4s multi and the process was excellent. From the test ride ride to the part ex to collecting the new toy - all great. George is a bit clinical, but he’s efficient - he made the deal process very palatable and his advice when considering options on the bike was really good - I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell to me at any point - it was about matching me to what I needed. Just don’t expect a cuddle!I am absolutely made up with the new bike - it’s as good as I could have hoped for.Thoroughly recommend the dealership and the staff.
