We have just had our modular extension installed and we are absolutely over the moon with it the quality is outstanding and the whole process from start to finish has been Amazing this is going to make our life so much easier especially for our son who has cerebral palsy we are so very thankful to you all.Alex and Elias were professional and helpful and kept us up to date with everything i highly recommend them to anyone .

Following our daughter being diagnosed with a neurological disorder and becoming a full time wheelchair user we needed to have our current home adapted to suit her needs. We first met the team from GMC in March 2022 where they put forward the concept of Green Modular Construction, it would mean the much needed extension would be built offsite and craned in once ready.Once planning was obtained they got to work on our 'pod' ( an accessible bedroom and wet-room).The whole build was done quickly and efficiently, compared to standard building the work on site was kept to a minimum with minimal mess. The actual on site disruption was less than 2 and a half weeks for groundwork and installation.Installation in itself was a experience like no other, watching your new pod being lifted up and over the house and being able to move in within 24 hours is something quite spectacular.The actual pod itself is well built with interior ready to move in so no waiting around for painters and decorators, a simple hook it up on the day to plumbing and electrics and you good to go.The team at GMC Solutions are friendly and approachable and will do what they can to help make the process go smoother. Even when little hiccups do arise they deal with them in a timely manner and with as little disruption as possible.Overall our experience has been a good one, the pros for this type of build are time saved and minimal disruption to your daily routines, which when you have a busy household has been a godsend. The pods are Eco friendly and functional and are made to match the existing house so do not look out of place.We would highly recommend GMC Solutions for any extension type build, especially if you want minimal disruption.

Fantastic design. Really listened to the family’s needs and they have been so accommodating. GMC ensured that I was always happy with the design and this new addition to our home has really improved our day to day lives.
