Great place and super helpful unless you have a recurring problem. In this instance feel free to visit and enjoy the snide remarks, insults and patronising coments. All delivered very politely of course. Did the right thing and provided a refund but no need to turn ones toys out of the pram in the process old chap.

I switched to Richards three or four years ago after being let down by a larger local gunshop. Richards are gunsmiths, not just salesmen. I visit regularly and I'm treated more like a friend than a customer.
