I would not advise eny one to yous allied motors every i got my car on the 14 th on the 15th it broke down and I have still not had it back they didn't care I had to get a higher car it was a manual now i have lost a toe i will be yous in someone else i still don't have my car to be giving out cars that are not working properly to disabled people who need them that is and dont give me your patter

Absolute rubbish. Gave me car back unsafe. Was steering all over the road and then they expect me to drive it to them as they are refusing to pick it up to fix it. I thought that a mobility car came with uplift service.

Hard sell. A tad intense.

Very concerned my daughter purchased a WAV on the 7th March tonight 15th March vehicle broke down had to call RAC to roadside. Have been telephoning for assistance as problem identified some days ago, but to no avail. Passed between Allied and RAC need contact with Allied Mobility not RAC problem ( they have been helpful) what is the reason vehicle is malfunctioning after 1 week . Purchased Glasgow Allied Mobility.Followed up re business owners comment by telephone call and e mail to e- mail address as requested, that was on Saturday 2nd April as of today no response from AM info@alliedmobility mail. Tomorrow posting recorded delivery letter to both Coventry and Glasgow office in the hope that a response will be forthcoming. Please read your e -mail messages.

parts department rip offno part in stock dont know if they ever will have parts.want£500 + vat for 500mm of exhaust pipe + £60 to weld it to a part they dont have !

The level of service from Allied is something other WAV suppliers could only dream for! We have recently taken delivery of my sons second WAV and have experienced superb service from the first encounter 6 years ago having had 2 larger hired vans, service and 2 new cars. The periodic contact from the office staff who are incredibly efficient and pleasant, to check that all is still well. Our recent Sales person Nick, was fantastic and ever so helpful in choosing our new WAV. The care and attention from everyone we deal with, made our decision in choosing our next WAV a much simpler one, as the overall service is vital going forward. There are other suppliers, but based on the information above, there was no question but to remain with Allied. I believe the owners should be and more than likely are, very proud of the wonderful team they have put together. Happy WAVing!

I have just taken ownership of my first WAV, after my mobility deteriorated rapidly. I had purchased a scooter so I needed a vehicle to transport it. My scooter was stored at the back of my house but I could not use it due to access issues. My area sales rep Ben came, did a demo and took my order. He was very concerned that I was unable to use my scooter due to the access issue. So he did his best to get my WAV to me asap and it was delivered just under 3 months from ordering it! Considering other adaptation specialists were quoting 12 - 18 months this was amazing! Ben even negotiated the access problems for me to get my scooter from the back of my house to the demo vehicle and back again. Then he came back two days following delivery and again got my scooter out to put it into the new car. He even connected my phone to the car entertainment system as I'm awful with tech. To anyone living in the Midlands area don't hesitate to use Allied because Ben will be your rep and he is the most helpful, courteous, sympathetic young man. A real credit to the company. Thank you Allied and Ben for everything you did for me.
