Initially, I felt that my therapy was a little disjointed as my 1-2-1's were with another therapist and our group sessions were with Kate but this became unimportant when I began to recognise the changes in my thought patterns and what I had believed about myself and men in general, as a result of what doing the work required. In the end, I met someone who ticked all my boxes and I have overcome my natural response to some of his behaviour which, in the past, would have sent fear coursing through my veins. I've been working with Kate and her team for over 18 months now and I am a different person from when I started. Back then, I was confused and scared about dating and relationships and did not understand where I was going wrong. Now, I have a loving, healthy relationship with a great guy, and not only that, I understand myself and others around me better.
