Skelton Mill
Perfect little corner of paradise. Staff are great food is awesome. There are lodges with hot tub and living caravan type places to stay the night. Children friendly, afternoon tea for two £30 children eat for £1 great little place for a Sunday afternoon treat. Check opening hours as they are not open all day. Play area is great but a little dangerous as the ground full of large/small stones around the pirate ship. Highly recommend by our family. #amazingdayZ #skeltonmill

Lovely place to visit. Log cabin was great with jacuzzi.Beautiful view.very friendly staff. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. You weren't given a choice of what you would like. And it came cold .but the dinner on the night was very nice .so all in all I would go back .

I never leaves reviews but I feel I need to on this occasion. The selection of cakes and sandwiches was poor and considering we saw some beautiful cakes being displayed in the fridge I feel we were just given a bog standard selection with a lot of the plate being filled with lettuce. We have visited this tearoom many times as we are advocates of local businesses but apart from the poor selection of food we were actually told we had to pay 50p for a box to take everything we left home, £17.50 each for afternoon tea is not cheap for a small local tearoom we expected a lot better service. We won’t be coming back

Highly recommend for a fairly priced get-away, exceptional service and excellent food. Our room had the perfect component’s and the hot tub topped it off. Would definitely go back.

Skelton Mill
First visit to Skelton Mill for a bite to eat. It is best if you phone and reserve a table. We chose steak pies and quiche which was just enough to be pleasantly full. The menu selection was varied from main meals to afternoon teas, which looked very good. Will definitely call again.Called again, this time for afternoon tea for two. I joined as a third person and had parmo, chips and salad.Food excellent.For those people who like clamping pods, they are also available at Skelton Mill, I do not know the rates.
