Easy to park, right outside the door. The queue was only small considering it was lunch time. Amazing value for money with excellent service levels by all of the staff. Immaculately clean & well maintained. Quality of the food was outstanding as it was all prepared fresh in front of your own eyes. Only took 2 minutes from preparation to being ready. Cant wait to go back!!

I have visited this Subway for over a year now and I have decided to leave a 5 star review as the service is amazing and food quality is great.I have the chicken salad every time I visit, I always receive quick friendly service from the team.

Got the orders totally wrong, put cheese on a ham sub after I'd already said no but just took it off and put it back. Used the same gloves for the meat sub as well as the veggie, had to ask them to be changed. The salad fillings are mixed up, didnt ask for jalapeños or sweetcorn but had some in the sub. Worrying for those with allergies or intolerances. Riverside store is usually very good but the service has definitely slipped.

We took our 8 year old for his first subway in which we told the staff that he wanted to order it himself, he asked for a kids pack, and off he went asking for ham, melted cheese and topped off with his favourite vegetables olives, gherkins and tomato sauce .... a very odd first choice but that's what he wanted and enjoyed it.Our opinion ( parents) the restaurant was very clean, the staff were very helpful, and excited to help our son with his first visit.We ordered 2 x footlong meals and they equally were very nice and tasty.

Great food and reasonable prices. The range of healthier options make it even better. When there are so many unhealthier options close by its great that subway are able to provide something for everyone. They even have entirely vegan options.

Nice branch and nice staff HOWEVER this is the most expensive subway I've been to - £1.40 more for a footlong italian BMT than the Kingsthorpe branch

Quiet, fast service. Nice food. We sat in. I had cheese salad 6 sub and my husband had tuna one. Cookies there are really yummy."

It took 10 minutes for them to make one festive sandwich. There were two people in front of me and they ordered one sandwich each. Twice the lady made me wait while she completed an online order. After 10 minutes I paid and will never go back to that subway again. I know it was more than ten minutes because I timed it using their clock above the till.
