The store resembles a car boot sale, nothing priced and just a mess. If you order online to the store nobody ever answers the phone to confirm delivery so you drive there only to find the text confirmation you received is baloney. Could be soooooo much better

Went to the Poole store. Had 7 items to buy. 3 large and 4 accessories for camping. 2 of the big items were much cheaper at other online stores, despite 'members' prices and price guarantees. The other item was not stocked. None of the 4 small items were stocked either. Very disappointing. A lot of boxed stock on the shop floor. A bit of a mess.

Me & my husband visited this store many times and every single visit we comment on how great the staff are. The managers are friendly and very very helpful. Well done Go Outdoors for employing incredible staff.

Queing for ages, only one checkout open on a Sunday, that operator dealing with an internet order, queue getting bigger by the minute. Customers dropping stuff and walking out. Manager and other staff stood around by the checkout, and, for whatever reason, cannot jump on a checkout to help out. Rails of mixed clothes in the main aisle suggesting they are on sale, but nothing priced not even the original price, what's going on ? No carrier or paper bags to slip a polo shirt in that I bought, only £1 'bags for life'. Also boxes of clothes and other stuff just lying about, the store is a mess. C'mon, sort it out !

I cannot fault the customer service at this store. I have shopped here for years and they are consistently helpful, friendly and welcoming.I had an issue with some socks recently. I returned them and they happily refunded without question or criticism. Maybe the socks would have suited someone else but they did not live up to the claims on the packet and I ended up with very sore feet. No questions asked - refund issued.I highly recommend Go Outdoors Poole - they have some great deals and the staff are great.

Purchased a bike here for my son, we ordered it online for delivery to the store. It seems they have issues with staffing in the bike department which isn't really a customer issue but definitely a customer service issue as there was never a member of staff available to help my son when we called in various times to try the bike before we bought it. Now we have the bike trying to get a 6 week follow up check they provide has proved a nightmare with no staff and promised calls but nothing! I also ordered items online to find they had them in stock but then told they didn't have them. Shame Go Outdoors can't even help with such minor issues!

The shop is massive and has loads of great gear and prices are good too. However I'd made a click and collect, was told it was all ready and when I arrived is was told 2 if the items weren't there, which was pretty annoying
