Claudio came in the summer and cleaned my chimmney. I haven't posted until now, because I hadn't used the fire. I have now - and it's absolutely perfect. Claudio was efficient, thoughtful, courteous and informative. He left no mess whatsoever. I can highly recommend him and his company.

Very happy with the service I received. I got a gas fire with pipes and flue lining installed from scratch. George was very knowledgeable and along with the rest of the team got my fireplace ready for the winter quickly and left everything nice and clean. At the end I got a gas safe certificate. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the team was willing to accommodate my special requests (e.g. for new tiles and logs as opposed to coal effect). Highly recommended!

Bryan and the admin team in the office at Enviroflame were really professional and helpful. We have a clean, safe fire to use this Winter in our new house which we’re looking forward to using! Very satisfied with their service and will be using them again for an annual chimney sweeping service. Many thanks.

Claudio, the Enviroflame technician did an excellent job of cleaning, inserting a chimney stop and advising on how to maintain my fireplace. I wanted to replace my tile inserts and he honestly advised on what this would involve and challenges / risks that would be involved given how the fireplace and tiles had been previously installed.The service was friendly, efficient and everything was left very clean with no mess. I was very pleased with the service.

Jordan was great. Highly professional in every respect. Worked quickly and quietly installing a new fire, gave all the necessary details and helpfully demonstrated the unit before he left. Everything clean, tidy and in perfect working order. Would highly recommend.

First class service. Excellent choice and advice prior to purchase. Dave and colleague were professional and very efficient in their removal of existing and fitting new. High quality fitting service and kept the area clean at all times. I'm about to choose another fireplace using them for the other room.

Fantastic service from Brian from Enviro Flame who prepped our flue and fitted our log burner as well as capped our chimney pots. He was extremely tidy which is great as we have kids and it can be a messy job. Brian is knowledgeable and engaging and helped us select the right log burner which we are really happy with. Andrew the engineer and his assistant on the day were friendly and informative. Took good care of the house and were mindful of pets, etc. They were happy to field questions. The result was as desired - chimneys checked and certified safe. All good
