Traditional Values Tattoo

I’ve had many tattoos done by Matt from traditional values, my whole sleeve, both hands, and my chest piece and many more to come. Every single inch of every tattoo is amazing, the quality of work is just top notch! I personally wouldn’t go elsewhere, the studio is mint, fresh, clean and all the guys that work there are so friendly and welcoming. I feel at home when I go for a tattoo at traditional values and wouldn’t contemplate another studio now, the work speaks for itself!

Got a Tattoo from Christie who was reassuring and made me feel safe throughout. She listened to my ideas and created something we both loved. From booking to aftercare she took her time and felt like nothing was too much. The interior of the shop was well decorated with different styles of art. It is clear they take safety seriously. If I knew anyone thinking of getting a Tattoo I would definitely recommend Christie at TV

Had my first tattoo done here by Steve and the experience was exceptional. I was very nervous upon arrival and I mentioned it to Steve, he was very understanding and talked me through every step making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Steve and the rest of the artists were very friendly and good to talk to throughout my 2 hour session. I would 100% recommend any of the artists at traditional values tattoos and will definitely be going again for my next one.

I’ve had 2 tattoos done by Steve and I am so so happy with both of them. He was excellent, made me feel comfortable throughout. Was very clear about the healing process, both healed perfectly. Cannot recommend him more!

Really good tattoo work, I had an idea of what I wanted and Matt really did a good job at putting it on me ,Now a year late now and the tattoo still looks great good colour ,no touch up required Especially as they are finger tattoos .

First used Traditional Values in 2021 when I had a peony hand tattoo done by Matt. I asked Matt to draw this up rather than from a design I had seen and it was great, different to my other hand peony, but this was the point. Exactly what I wanted. Really welcoming in the studio, explaining every aspect of tattooing process well, felt at ease and confident in his capabilities.Just returned for a larger piece on my chest and torso. This was from two designs I had seen of Matt's on social media. I asked him to split one design, which he did, using just part of it to go with my sternum piece I had chosen.On the day, I was very nervous despite being tattooed previously as this was much bigger than any of my current work. The whole team was really welcoming, friendly and reassuring. Placement was potentially tricky due to the two designs being put together and sitting well on my body. But it was dealt with really well and professionally. All my concerns were spoken about with no drama. Really reassuring. Over the moon with the progress, with just the lining done so far and hoping to begin shading in March. Highly recommended.

Got my first tattoo done here by Matt Edwards and two more done by Christie. Both are amazing artists and I’m so glad to have picked Traditional Values to get them done! So friendly and welcoming, great care throughout the entire tattoo and after! Wonderful atmosphere and everyone makes you feel right at home. Would 100% recommend!!

The work these guys do is incredible! Highly recommend Steve, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and creative. Steve’s done a few of my tattoos now and wouldn’t go anywhere else !Christie done my tattoo when they had a charity day recently where everyone gave up their time and gave all the money made to charity- fantastic place & fantastic people!

Amazing experience, had my first tattoo by them (Steve Ayre) and it was lovely! Because my tattoo was on my back he put up some shields and asked me if I was comfortable when anyone asked to walk through or have a little look at the progress - he was constantly making sure I was comfortable and doing okay during the tattoo process. He also sent me a drawing of the tattoo beforehand so I could change some things and see how I liked it which I never had before - I love the fact he does that because it made me so much more excited for the piece and it ensured I loved it!I couldn’t recommend the studio enough
