Fantastic service. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with my car, and put my mind to rest! Another garage tried to fleece me out of £3,500 for unnecessary repairs. Halfords saved the day, after I smelt a rat with the previous garage. Thank you very much Halfords in Amblecote West Midlands. Big thanks to John at reception, who was lovely.

Rude staffI am still bemused by the way I was treated by desk staff.They had my car from morning until afternoon the next day to fit three tyres, I called but there was no answer despite being on hold for twelve minutes so I drove down there. I could see my car on ramps so I politely enquired how long it was going to be and was told ‘when we ring you and tell you it’s ready’..Never again, appalling

I would highly suggest people to AVOID this place for MOT. I’ve taken my vehicle here for MOT and failed on an exhaust leak and a damaged tire. They have quoted me over £1000 for the repair. However, I have taken this same vehicle to a local independent garage, either of those claims were true. The exhaust leak and tire damage have magically disappeared. The vehicle have passed MOT without problem. TOTAL SCAM

They make up issues and try to charge you astronomical amounts for problems that don’t exist. Be smart and get another opinion. Or even better - avoid because it’s a waste of your time.

Very nice people. But had my Car for 3 days and then said couldn’t get their computer to talk to it. It’s a fiat not an expensive one either. Kwik fit sorted me out that afternoon. Probably wouldn’t use again if I’m honest.

Tried to charge me £50 more for a tyre as walk in than on their website. Nice honest company. Be warned. Have used them on many occasions before. It's time to look elsewhere.

Service, MOT & 2 tyres changed. Recommend highly, saves money from going direct to the dealership and still kept warranty by using Halfords. Nice staff and very helpful
