I decided to use a local company to get a part for my dryer rather than using the internet .Big mistake ! Being a non expert (they also say they are not knowledgable ) I asked for a seal , ( a long circular piece that was hanging out of the door , ) this came but was wrong part , I needed a bearing which is also circular and round door area.This shop has refused to take it back so I now have a part that I don’t need , really helpful.So if you are not 100% sure of what you want don,t go here as they will not be helpful if it’s the wrong part ! Such a shame that a local company is so unhelpful.
