THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR REGULAR CLEANS WITHOUT TELLING YOU.Aside from trampling all over my raised garden on both visits, up-ending my parcel box and not putting it back, never answering calls, and being unable to provide even a hint of an idea of when they'd be attending my property, the free clean" is a trap. They book you in before sending an email with a bunch of waffle which includes something about you having to cancel regular cleans every 4 weeks. Except it's worded in such a way and hidden in amongst paragraphs of text that it's hard to spot. It should have been noted before the application
