I wanted to feedback how helpful Mike was, popped in a couple of weeks ago to discuss a potential coffee machine as a present for my partner: I don’t drink coffee so didn’t really know what I was looking for. Mike was very knowledgeable, and recommended the best thing for us. He I’ve just popped back into store and ordered the machine based on his recommendation and the whole transaction was super smooth and easy. Thanks Mike

Took a bag of used capsules into the Leeds Trinity, guy who took them was very knowledgeable and let me have a test of one of the new coffees, meant to call back in to purchase but time ran out, shop is well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic service and knowledge given by our amazing team member Jordan. He was very approachable not pushy at all and knew all the bits of what makes nespresso special. He deserves some recognition for his efforts and with all honesty was the most approachable and smiley member of the team today , he went above and beyond and you can tell he was happy to be at work. I expect him to go far within this business and I one again hope he gets recognition in the correct manner for his sales technique and his knowledge of the brand!Jordan thank you so much for today!

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was fantastic! Went in on a busy Saturday afternoon, he talked us through the offers on and exclusions within. As soon as he was finished with a customer he came back and attended to our needs, answered our questions with plenty of knowledge, promptly put my purchase through and even acknowledged other customers advising them he will be a few minutes if they don’t mind waiting. Will happily be coming back to store to purchase more pods due to the treatment received on this visit. 100% felt like a valued customer!

Amazing experience in store! First time visiting in person as their isn’t a store local to my area but will defiantly make an effort to purchase in store. The staff are really friendly and are happy to help. It’s really nice to have the opportunity to try a new flavour before purchasing. They also offer workshops to show how to make specific coffee types but it was useful to get advise on how to make the most out of certain flavour types.

Systems down, Nespresso has gone downhill badly over the last 2 months this isn’t the first time. Can see why they moved to a smaller unit but still can’t manage to keep this one running staff blasé and not overly helpful

Undoubtedly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever endured. One lady stood at the till flicking through a tablet and didn't look up once. The gentleman who served us put in minimal effort, we did not get a free coffee or even offered one. Nobody greeted us when we came in, even though the shop was not busy(one other customer in the store). It's a shame we cannot get the pods for our machine elsewhere because I'm in no rush to go back here.
