Been to the store and looking at the Fluval Roma125 litre tropical fish tank and cabinet, they had one in store priced at £260 but on their website they have the same one priced at £380They had no more in stock in the Coventry, Solihull and Royal Leamington Spa stores.They said if I went back to the Coventry store they would order it for me and hopefully they will refund me the difference of £120

Staff was polite, patience, helpful n friendly.Shop was so clean n excellent stocks.Free car park.I bought 8 fish - looked so good n healthy. I will come back 2 weeks time to buy more fish.

The groom room lady isn’t very nice or understanding of your puppy needs. I specifically asked her to do something for my puppy did not happen ,but also just trying to sell u more unnecessary items. I specifically booked a puppy groom for my dog to get a shave down groom, and at the end, my puppy walked out exactly the same, just a little difference, washed and blowdried. I wasn’t very happy with that. They also charge a lot with their prices. And late fees isn’t very nice to have for some people as a few minutes isn’t a big of a deal. So yes am very disappointed and unhappy with the groom room experience!!

Insects in livestock section are not fed in store, staff don't care that the animals in their store are being starved to death. Shame on you, clowns!

This store had a big upgrade a few years ago and it has always been my go to place to find all my pets stuff I have dog cats ducks chickens and now I have rabbits and everything I need is there. And the staff are amazing you can ask them anything if you're unsure about anything.
