What a bunch of cowboys.I just bought a lodge from these guys, and what a mistake it turned out to be.Firstly, they agreed to take the old lodge away included in the price. Then they said they would charge me £5,000 to take the old one away and bring the replacement.Next, they agreed again that they would take the old one away and sent someone out to look at it. We wouldn't send someone out if we were not going to honer the deal." I was told.But they didn't honour the deal and said they wouldn't take it. Cost me £4000 to have it removed.Their delivery and siting team arrived three days later than I was told. They broke seven of the forteen paving slads on the path with their 4x4. Bent the gas pipe where it comes through the slab

Good communication throughout the process. The staff are really dedicated, understanding and knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend them.
