Absolutely rubbish store and business as a whole, avoid at all cost as no refunds as original payment method if anything is wrong with your purchase. Utterly disgusting and no customer service for any issues. Avoid and save your money

Joke of a manager in the store, bigger guy with a bald head, my wife bought me a pair of boots at 5pm, tries them on that night walked to my gate and back to try them on. They didn't fit, went back the next day with them at 11am said they didn't fit. They were immaculate condition but because they had a speck of dirt he wouldn't let me return them, terrible attitude horrible man, shouldn't be in customer service.

Can find some good bargains

Never have i walked in this store with no uncomfortable being watched" sensation. Prices very good for value and staff more than your usual 'huff..I'll have to check....another siiiiigggghhhhh". 5 outta 5 regardless of teenager 'tude.:should have said i have never went into store and felt uncomfy etc..."

I only had a short time to find comfy trainers and Andy was really quick and helpful. He brought me 6 pairs to try on. Bought a great pair of pink sketchers.

Good selection of sports gear,god prices,staff not so great,

I just wanted to say I had a lovely experience when I shopped in the Stirling shop. I was served by a guy called Mark. He was so helpful and nothing was a bother to him. It was a delightful experience. I bought a belt for my back to support it after a fracture. Please pass on my thanks to Mark

My kids and I went last week and bought Adidas pajamas. But when washing it was changed color. It is no longer usable

It's a Sports Direct store. Why do you even care to read a review of this?Well, if you insist on reading this review I'll elaborate. Sports Direct is a retailer of sports brands and is known for its discounts and sporting goods. Protip: Everyday is a sale in Sports Direct. If you want a pair of shoes, look up their original price and compare them with the price in the store. Some sales are not reflected on their website counterpart, thus, some caution is advised.Staff will help with any questions you have and have been very cooperative every time I've visited the store. No complaints there. Granted, one time I didn't find what I was looking for, but no one knows everything :)Some items that are on sale and look reasonably cheap, are on sale for a reason. T-shirts and non-sports clothing are not of the best quality and being charged at the same price. (Psst: Primark is just around the corner) I remember buying a pair of sweatshirts which were £5 for a pair. Ecstatic, I was happy I found a good deal, but it was anything but. The shoulder width of those sweatshirts was horribly wrong and felt so awkward and uncomfortable wearing them. I have never wore those and they're currently sitting folded up in my donation bag.On a side note: The Sports Direct £1 bag is a good investment. The bag is very durable and portable. They helped alot when I shifted houses.The store has equipment ranging from fishing to cricket. So you're very likely to find what you're looking for in terms of equipment.
