Waited 10 minutes for someone to come in and say did you not get a call last night? The groomer is off sick!!! The next available appointment is the 5th April!!!"Only booked it the day prior

Really disappointed in the service received today. My dog has been going here ever since he was old enough to have his first cut. I had a couple of not so great moments in the build up of today with shampoo going in his eye and them cutting some of his fur so short, he developed a rash. But we continued to go as they were very understanding. Collected my dog today only to find him chained to door clearly agitated by strangers walking past the big window he was standing behind. Walked in and a member of staff went straight to the till to take my money without giving me my dog back first. As he continued to bark, they eventually let me have him and handed his lead to me in a bundle. Normally pay £32 and today was £42 - my dog is no bigger than a 30cm ruler. They now make you pay a deposit penalising those who don't turn up for their appointments never rewarding those that do. I was so shocked by the experience I left, getting him back in the car noticing some strands of hair were longer than others. Very average cut. Not returning again, lost all faith in the service.
