Having previously spent 4 years with a large letting agent being over charged for an inferior service before being recommended to Sisodia by a work colleague I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Jay and his team are helpful, friendly and professional. They are very responsive to any queries and as a small team offer a personal service (unlike large letting agents who have no idea who you are or which property you own!). Their fee is all inclusive so there are no hidden costs. I’ve been with them as a landlord since December 2022 and my only regret is I didn’t move my business to them sooner.

I can't recommend the services of this estate agent and the team highly enough. The team worked continuously to ensure that I was in the loop at all times and offered the highest level of customer service.As a sales agent, they secured a price I was more than happy with and operated at the highest level of professionalism and I can't thank them enough.

The manager of this place is rude, aggressive and argumentative. Staff aren't much better either. After renting with them for only 6 months, they are taking £600 off our deposit claiming £400 for cleaning when the place was left spotless. Been renting for 14 years and never had such a bad experience. Don't trust and don't take the risk with your home and family. Promise you it's not worth it, avoid at all costs

Certainly a case of the reviews not matching the reality. However to be honest I don't know how seriously people take google reviews as so many companies so clearly fake positive reviews.Our companies associate had dealings with this backstreet business. Service amateur, distant, slow and blatantly incompetent at points.Use a reputable Estate Agency - well worth it.

Quick question to the people how many names you need on tenet agreement? As the person who works there said I need 2 people on agreement and if my wife do set work I have to leave the house. Why would you do that I m paying my rent everything is cleared every month why can’t I remove my son name from my tenets agreement he’s move and his got his own house.Seriously avoid this people

Sisodia Leicester property provider special Jay is very rude, and the one of the call handler lady who has no manners both threatening us over the phone and saying leave the house with my kids so mean, Mannerless agents.I m not prefer anyone can go through them for letting property.

Lived in property managed by Sisodia Estates.Best management team I have dealt with. Always responsive and got all issues resolved immediately. They dealt with landlord on my behalf speedily and always on hand to help and advise on all issues. They even helped me move property and I’m so thankful to them wholeheartedly. Never had any discrepancy about rent or any other payments. Even changed my rent date to accommodate me.Will recommend to all,Thank You so much.
