Very respectful and well manored staff. Rang NHS 111 and they recommended to go to this dentist for emergency care within 12 hours however it has been almost two weeks with no call back regarding an appointment.

The dentists need a refresher course on how to write prescriptions. I’ve been back and forth between dentist and pharmacy because dentist doesn’t understand that they need to specify the quantity dose on the prescription. Pretty basic stuff.

I had an appointment at 5 and was told by the receptionist that there'd be a queue of patients and that I had to wait really long rubbish service and the receptionist was intimidating then they band me for speaking up.

I have had lower dentures fitted, and couldn't be happier with service I received. The reception staff were both friendly and very helpful. The treatment I received from the dentist was extremely professional. I have recommended the practice to friends and family.

Good staff however appointment waiting time is much longer than supposed to be.Should be around 30 minutes gap between each appointment so people do not have to wait for long

I can't actually rate this dentist as I had a appointment with them but was unable to go due to work shift change. However when I went in to book my appointment the girl at the desk was very professional and polite,and answered any questions I had with great customer service. Was initially going in because I had a pain in my tooth at the back of my mouth which has healed by itself.

Rang for an emergency appointment and where given one for 10 days later. Called 111 to seek advice and were told they have a duty of care to provide one within 48 hours. Rang back and we’re given nothing sooner.Took a month for my mother in law to get an appointment, then two separate dentists attempted to pull out her tooth before telling her they couldn’t do it. And gave her another appointment 2 months later. Reception is usually run by teenagers who sadly don’t seem to be trained
