A 20oz burger!!! We came. We saw. We devoured.If anything, the beef burgers were well done. Thus, it might be an idea to request they be done medium well perhaps.You might also consider requesting a custom made burger. Maybe an EL GUAPO with sticky BBQ sauce and soft cheese or something!In all, the quality of the beef was pretty pore but it made up for it with all the quality condiments. This is one of the better burger places out there though still has some room for improvement. Unfortunately, it has limited seating so you might be crammed for space.It also took 25mins for them to prepare the four burgers! And had we not checked our take away bag before leaving, we would have left with two burgers and two fries (although they were very kind enough to throw in an extra two portions of fries as an apology).

Myself and my friends went in house to try the original branch in Acton. I will break down in different sectors starting with the food, chips were undercooked, no seasoning very stale, buttermilk chicken fillet meal chicken batter, soaked with oil, overcooked very disappointed bun for the burger wasn’t good. Requested for a room temperature drink worker said no, but he said he’ll ask the manager manager comes out with zero Customer Service starts telling us she’s from the head office works in the head office and also Headoffice protocols of not giving room temperature drink as its only for uber. Which none of that was irrelevant as we had a chest infection. I just wanted a room temperature drink. Would not recommend this branch. They didn't give us any napkins or wipes. You have to request them when you tell them it seems like they are getting angry and irritated cause you are asking them. My fellow friend had stale cold chips and they felt insulted that we asked them to rectify it & sad that the “Head office Manager wasn’t saying or doing anything”I recommend other branches except this one. The food quality is very disgusting and not worth the money. I highly suggest that amigos investigate as thr manager is very unprofessional claims that she’s worked in the head office for someone who works in the head office. This isn’t the behaviour of a manager to behave like with customers.

Food was not too bad. Went downstairs to wash my hand and it's shockingly dirty. I don't understand why people sell Food in this kind of place. And I couldn't find hygiene rate sticker anywhere it must be removed by the owner. Local authorities need to check that.

Got the Buttermilk and the Boss burgers and I must say it caught me by surprise how solid and tasty they are. Highly recommend to try them out if you haven’t. The food came quick and the staff was very attentive and lovely. Definitely coming back again!

Beware! Spicy food present, I had the X Hot chicken tenders, and oooohhhhh man, after 3 my eyes watered and after I finished I felt a tear drip down, very spicy and very tasty. I so had the Happy Nero, and thought the meat was good but the habanero flavoring was a little off, maybe too much vinegar. Staff are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. Toilet is in the basement.

Genuinely the best burger I have had in the longest time! So tasty!! The portion sizes were really good too. The atmosphere and music was a whole vibe and the service was great. Definitely going to return!

My aunt is gluten intolerant and they were wonderful about leaving off the bin. Delicious, tender burgers with nice char grilled flavor. Definitely recommend

Really impressed with the portion size and customer service. Very clean and welcoming environment. There was lots to choose from the menu. I went for the grill chicken which came as meal and included chips a drink and a pitta bread. The food was well presented. The chips cooked to perfection however I was not impressed with the sauce used to grill the chicken it was very acidic probably vinegar base. It did not meet my expectation. Everything else was great.
