One Smile Dental - Pontefract

Our autistic and learning disabled daughter has been with One Smile Dental to get her brace sorted. All the staff have been amazing with her, so patient, considerate and kind. But I want to make special mention of the dental nurse, Hayley, who was so wonderful with our daughter when doing all the x-rays, photos etc. What could have been a very stressful appointment was full of giggles and smiles. Our daughter still struggled with parts of it, but Hayley was so patient and so kind with her, and she never failed to make our daughter smile and get done, what needed doing. Thank you so much Hayley, you have no idea how much your kindness means to us and what a difference it made to her, she went home happy x

Katie and Laura were great at explaining the treatment and process to my daughter and myself. Gave lots of reassurance to Abigail and in Abi's words..They were really nice.

We were referred to Smile dental by our NHS dentist for orthodontic treatment - the service we have received so far is amazing. Staff are really knowledgeable and make my 11 year old daughter feel at ease each visit.

My daughter had her second appointment today with Hayleigh who was absolutely lovely. Really putting my daughter at ease and making her feel relaxed. Was nice to see the latest technology in use (the 3D scan of her teeth was fun to witness)! Would highly recommend the services offered for a lovely friendly dental experience

My daughter has just been treated by Katie and Laura who have provided a fantastic services. She is well chuffed. All the staff are really pleasant and helpful.

This is a lovely practice. My daughter felt very comfortable and relaxed on her visit. Hayleigh was fantastic, she explained everything that she was going to do very clearly and kept stopping to make sure my daughter was ok. My daughter came away feeling very happy.

Absolutely over the moon with the team at one smile. My daughter has recently had braces fitted and the whole process has been so easy. Everyone is so friendly meaning my daughter is always made to feel at ease. Can not recommend enough! Thank you Katie in particular. Always lots of chat and some giggles making the process that little bit more fun!
