Baltic Yard Rental Apartments

Edit: RSM Liv group team have gone out of their way to address the concerns we have had and tried to remedy them in relation to weekend noise pollution on the South facing apartments.Previous Post:Beware of noise on the weekends. (it's worse that it sounds)Moved there a week ago, we asked for a quiet place and got a flat and they told us that noise won't be a problem by the building manager.Well first weekend here and the place in the corner is a club which makes us not want to be in our flat when it's on. I starts early at 1PM and finishes late at night. We had to put some noise cancelling headphones just not to be annoyed at them.There is also a club in kitchen street which goes until 4AM on weekends which was known from the developers prior to the completion of the building.I'm more annoyed at the building managers who lied to us which is why I wouldn't recommend moving here for both of those reason.

Love this building, the staffs , love everything about it

Disorganised, they take time for everything, and then if you call them, they block you, so they don't attend to you.

Worst agent everThe person who responded wasn’t fully British , wish I knew his name but calls are recorded anyway.I was a respectful tenant willing to pay for a property upfront for the full year ! Literally full year and I come from a very well known wealthy background.He started making excuse he said he rent only for 3rd year students which is weird and honestly with all respect “ unbelievable”.When I told him that my mom will be living with me and willing to have it under her name since she is not student and will pay upfront for full year, he started making excuses and refused to explain.I have never ever dealt in my life with such agent

Shocking. Lobby and lift constantly dirty. Bin room stacked high and usually inaccessible due to rubbish blocking entry. My small dog was attacked and bitten (3 puncture wounds) by another dog in the building. Verbally threatened multiple times whilst living there. Pressure you to sign up to Reposit for “no worry checkout” / “no fees on checkout”, which is a lie. Awful.

Honestly the best place to live ,Apartments are gorgeous , amazing amenities and the staff go above and beyond and they throw the best resident party’s . Wouldn’t want to live any where else thankyou for everything you all do z

A great place to live! Lorryn, Kevin, Brian and everyone else that keep things running & looking fab at the Baltic Yard are doing a brilliant job! Great amenities, especially the rooftop terrace when it's sunny! Couldn't recommend the place more!

The apartments are quite nice, the building staff are amazing and really helpful. We have a awesome view towards the center of Liverpool.During our first meeting, the building manager promised us that it wouldn't be a party/student building. Unfortunately it feels it became one, not that we mind students. The ones we have met are very nice, but with shared apartment it seems that it comes with parties and loud music at night (not only in the weekends). We tried to sort it out but they do not seem to be able to get it under control.During the day I do not mind to hear other people music but not all day. If I want to listen to our music or shows we need to put it on loud. Not the most relaxing weekend to be honest. Waking up at night during a weekday isn't nice, just because someone thinks it okay to listen to loud music at night. We are lucky that we have another bedroom where we moved too but that only helps a bit.It is good to know that in the weekends during the summer there are two venues that play loud music. The good thing is that the music stops at 11.

We can’t fault our apartment and the shared areas like the residents lounge and gym are just a bonus. Everything has been finished to a really high standard and the whole team have been amazing from the start, really approachable and responsive to any questions we’ve had. We love living at Baltic Yard!
