Pads Paws & Claws Pet Grooming

After a few attempts at other groomers and making a long search to get our cat groomed, we were very lucky to meet with these amazing people. We were a bit stressed as we don't have a groomer before in London and asking many questions about sedations, muzzles etc. They were very helpful and informative from the very beginning and reliable for the Animal Welfare Regulation. As our cat is a handle with care and doesn't like being with other pets, they even offered us to book a grooming at their off day. It was a very quick cut and Kiwi was looking super cute and in a good mood - even not stressed as we were expecting. Kiwi had a lion cut and it is obvious that they use not only clippers but scissors to soften the edges as well. We are 100% happy and highly recommending. Finally we found the perfect groomer in SW London!!!After two very unfortunate experiences in Wandsworth and Putney, this was our third attempt to find a groomer in our area that can do the job and not end up in emergency.Natasha was amazing! She listened to all my requests and understood my slight worry to leave my 8 month old cockapoo puppy with a groomer again and she straight away gave me confidence he’s in the right hands.The groom itself is perfect and I could tell my pup had a good time and was happy.We will definitely be back and I can’t thank enough Natasha for the amazing job!

I am a relatively new cat owner, I brought my cat in for grooming and they were very helpful, explained clearly what needed to be done and made the entire process stress free. The process was very quick and thorough (for a long hair cat) and the price was very reasonable compared to others I have seen online. Has taken away most of the stress and concern out of future visits!The cat is also plenty happy and much more comfortable with his matting removed!

We were visiting the area to see friends and picked up a tick, we dropped in and they very kindly removed it for us, with a treat for no charge. We'd have happily paid but this was so kind of them and they were lovely with our Labrador who just wanted to give everyone kisses. Thanks guys you really helped us out!

I’ve been taking my Pomeranian to this groomer for while now and just wanted to say they have truly been the best ! I have tried a few groomers in the area and Pads Paws and Claws are amazing !! So gentle and caring, they listen to any concerns you may have, the cuts are done so well! My dog always leaves with the biggest smile on her face, happy and looking fabulous as always ! Our girls had their Persian summer trims and we where really impressed. The service was great and the outcome was very professional. Just drop off and wait for the results.Don't come and complain if it's not 100% perfect, these are very well taken care off cats who are very fish but are not show standard so don't expect this and the complain about it. Please have some common sense they do good here!

We take Cinnamon to get groomed on a regular basis. Honestly love taking her here. She’s a rather difficult dog that hates being brushed so the fact that the do such a great job of getting her looking fresh and cute is amazing. Highly recommend
