My partner and I received an amazing service. We visited the shop in Causewayhead and immediately Cat was friendly and professional. She explained all of our options and showed us a variety of fabrics, and gave beneficial advice regarding our situation.Cat then came to our home and measured our windows to make sure our blinds would fit perfectly. She was very informative and regularly kept us updated on the timeframe of our order.We are over the moon with our gorgeous new blinds and have recommended the company to our friends. Cat was fantastic, and she did an incredible job. A credit to JDS.

Always a pleasure doing business with Harvey @ J D Smith and Sons. Had our cloakroom decorated this week and the work carried out by Paul and Dean (brilliant wallpapering) was exceptional. Drew dropping in now and again to check all going to plan also much appreciated. All work done to spec, on time and all very clean and tidy. Highly recommend the business and people within it.

I have been using JD Smith & Sons for my wallpaper since 2013. You can always find something different and Cat is incredible in helping you to realise your vision for your rooms. I go there with a basic idea in my head and Cat's knowledge of the wallpaper books brings that idea to life. I'm just sorry that our house is all now decorated to our liking! I can highly recommend a visit to JD Smith. They are very friendly and approachable

Not the best customer service as made to feel awkward when saying we didn’t like a wallpaper numerous times. But the store itself has loads of wallpaper to choose from and is in a great location.

I have visited the showroom in Causewayhead on several occasions and have always found the service friendly and professional. Cat has been particularly helpful creating a scheme for a couple of rooms. The quality of work is excellent and Cat has hung curtains and blinds for me with ease!

We approached the company to get a whole bungalow decorated. The receptionist was very helpful and Harvey came out to measure up and consult. We had a timescale which they stuck to and we are so pleased with the final finish. We popped in during the works and the decorator was polite and helpful and discussed with us everything that was being done. They were even able to perfectly match the colour of the toaster on to the kitchen walls. We would absolutely recommend and definitely use again.

Outstanding service.From Harvey and his colleague's help in the shop to Drew and Steven who did the work all the work in time for Christmas.Excellent service.
