Was just served a beautiful hot chocolate by the sweetest lady I've ever met. She was so polite and friendly. Nicest hot drink I've ever had , she gave me so many options. Very convenient as it's by the station too :)

UK law states that tap water should be given to everybody. And it is a human right. The staff violated human rights. It's a basic need for a human being. And please don't argue that it is a small business. If you cannot afford water please close the shop. Violating the basic human rights like tap water and fresh air is really improper. Now i will inform all my friends and share in Bournemouth university of your nasty behaviour.

Sorry my previous review was grammatically incorrect. I really meant to say there aren't many places to grab a brew near the station. This is right opposite and the coffee is absolutely fine. I don't thing there is anything inside station so best get your brew here before you swipe your ticket!

Extremely kind and pleasant lady that served me here today. Very caring and friendly. I am disabled and the lady took my food and latte out to the table and made sure I was ok with the table she chose for me.What a lovely experience.Great latte and food was lovely. Very reasonable price tooThank you very much.

Terrible service. Ordered coffee which was not very nice then had a lady come out and shout at me for sitting on her tables. Would not recommend!!
