Clothes are lovely, however my wife bought me a pair of denims & a shirt that didn't suit me.Over a month after buying them we eventually managed to return them to the shop where the staff were very pleasant & issued a fully refund.Can't ask for better customer service.

My daughter liked it in there, so good clothing range for youngsters with the goods feeling like they are made with decent quality, but that does come with a price (£65 for a standard hoody). Service was decent as well. Would go back.

If you have teenage children and you want to buy hem something that is quality and value for money but they will also think is brilliant go to JW Birmingham. The staff are superb, very friendly well mannered and help a stranded father who is a dinaseur with getting some thingfor there liitle darlings.Found th Deputy Manager extremely professional and it was a shopping pleasure.

Went in this shop Saturday found a box of size 16 women's briefs, I was asked what size I was after as I wanted two more boxes, when I told the young assistant what size I was looking for she just looked at me and told me that I was being unrealistic !!!! and they didn't stock many big sizes, she didn't even attempt to look ! I put my box down and walked out not only did I think this was incredibly rude and unhelpful, but couldn't help wondering how a young person may have felt if they where shopping for their own underwear and told they didn't stock big sizes, perhaps she didn't realise that size 16 is the most common women's size in the UK

Didn't buy anything as felt the quality of the goods was poor even at sale prices. Gillets were very thin and felt they were a status symbol rather than a practical buy
