Lancashire Glass and Glazing recently installed 11 double glazed windows and 2 exterior doors at my home. The company were excellent to deal with. Peter the surveyor was very professional. All I asked for I got. A very fair price quoted and quality products. Very trusting. Only asked for a small deposit and the balance on completion and only when I was satisfied with the work. The installation team were very good. They were very polite and tidy workers. Cleaned up at the end of each day and removed all the rubbish daily. The weather was not too kind to the lads but it didn’t stop them installing. There were no issues on final inspection. All in all very good quality doors and windows manufactured and fitted to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancashire Glass and Glazing Ltd to anyone. Thank you all for a first class job.

Had my rear windows replaced over a month ago now. I had tried to get windows fitted for a while and was let down by people turning up late or not turning up. Peter turned up on time, and is a very affable salesman. Then the next guy turned up to do a quick survey of the job, again he was very professional. Finally the windows were fitted by two gentlemen who also did a great job. There was a little bit of damage to the plaster around one of the windows but I fixed that. The windows are great, and the house is much warmer, even on these chilly April mornings.

This company actually gave us the cheapest of our three quotes, which was good as their products seem to be of the highest quality - there are no 'cheap options'. Peter the sales chap was very helpful, and took time to revisit us so my partner could look through the options as she missed his first visit.We asled for a new front door and eight windows.We asked to add a couple of features we had seen in the other two quotes, and this was no problem at all.The installation started a day late, which was no problem to us, as we were contacted by a very apologetic member of staff. The installation also over ran by a day due to an unavoidable issue with materials - again, not a problem for us.The two fitters are hard working chaps, and friendly too - they even washed up the coffee cups I'd left for them to brew up in.The finished job looks great. Its an old stone cottage, so we got the right mix of trad looks but modern materials. It's all very solid looking, and I actually enjoy shutting and opening windows just for the feel of it! (Saddo!)So - I would heartily recommend this company, and thank them all for their services.

Stay away bunch of cowboys spent £6000 on 14 windows as it was the cheapest quote i got, but im regreting now cheaper is not always better should of went with the Window company, my bay window ledge looks like my 4 year old had done the job so messy what a waste of money every time i look at my window i feel ive been ripped off dont trust the sales man Peter he's probably in on it as he must know how unprofessional this company are.avoid avoid avoid i told them to come back and sort my window legde out and im still waiting

We recently had all our windows and back door replaced by Lancashire Glass and Glazing. We are so pleased with them. The service we received from beginning to end has been fantastic. We couldn't rate them highly enough. We first saw Peter who offered his expert advice and guidance to get the best solution for our property. The fitters were fantastic, really hard working, polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless and smooth as possible. Having emailed twice and phoned 8 times since the 4th October, I’m growing tired of asking Lancashire Glass and Glazing to explain to me why the bay window they fitted back in November 2020, continuously has issues.The initial problem started when two glass roof panels cracked. We were told we were paying for toughened glass which I’ve been told shouldn’t crack? Lancashire Glass and Glazing said it was just a fault with the glass and they would replace. After having to chase multiple times, they did replace. Now a third panel has failed (water between the 2 panes) and the middle one (having already been replaced) has failed again (pictures included).I’ve asked if this failing is due to fundamental structural issues and what seems to be their haphazard approach to window fitting? I’ve looked on their website and I can’t see anywhere that indicate their windows come with visible orange foam, so why does ours?(as pictured)I spend my time constantly having to chase Lancashire Glass and Glazing and asking why I can’t see out of my top windows? The 30 year old window that was taken out had less issues than the one Lancashire Glass and Glazing have replaced it with.What should be an exciting investment in our property has turned into an absolute nightmare that’s now been going on for 14 months! Appalling customer service and zero quality control.

Had new windows and 2 doors on a large house with a porchThe Double glazing process was brilliant from the start No pushy salesman and the price was highly competitiveThey seem to have a better variety of styles especially with their doorsWhen the team came to fit the windows you couldn't have asked for more polite hard working men They are very relaxed with you and your family and dogs!! And they can problem solve around fittings as they reordered a window that wasn't the right colour, by the end of the day with a 'can do' attitudeThey worked together with my plasterers who were re rendering the front so that everything was done in the right orderThey took a few days to replace everything but always left everywhere clean and tidy each day Now I have an amazing front to my house which looks as if it's been remodelled!Thank you so much for all you have done I would highly recommend this firm for any replacement doors and windows!!!!Watch this space for photos when my scaffolding comes down

I had the team from Lancashire Glass and Glaze Ltd completing my window job today. Peter made the whole process from suggestions/recommendations, to quote and schedulling measurements and fitting a smooth process.The window looks nice and was well done and within specifications. Found these guys by accident but really glad and lucky I did. Their quote for replacement doors and windows was less than half the price of a local contractor. No fancy show room helps keep costs down but their is a factory you can visit to view the products.Once a provisional order is made, a surveyor visits your home to take the measurements and finalise the order. Installation usually done around 4-6 weeks from making the order.Windows themselves are excellent quality and provide good sound and heat insulation. Fitters were a good group who worked hard to get the job finished within the day. Highly recommended.
