Colin responded the same day when I asked for assistance on behalf of my elderly parents washing machine which had stopped working.They were very happy with the service and the fact that he repaired it straight away - immediately they phoned me to let me here it was working again, and to say what a nice chap he was. The cost of the part was less than I could have purchased it for online myself (and the repair would certainly not have been completed as quickly or efficiently!)It's important to have trustworthy and reliable contacts for such occasions, and Colin will now be our first call for any future issues.Thank you Colin.

I contacted Colin about my faulty tumble dryer. He got back to me swiftly, and was even able to come out the next day. When he arrived, he was courteous, professional and polite. He very obviously knew what he was doing and had the spare part my appliance needed on his van. All in all, it was an excellent and quick service. I would definitely recommend.

Our integrated dishwasher needed replacing and we had already been told by another company that they wouldn't do it because it was too difficult. Colin, however, was brilliant. He came around to assess what needed to be done, came up with a solution and advised us on what we needed to look for when ordering a new dishwasher. He then came around, removed the old one (which was very difficult to get out!), and installed the new one. It took longer than expected but everything was dealt with very professionally.I would highly recommend Colin for any dishwasher related issues - first class service and very reasonable rates.

Colin repaired our range cooker, I thought the seal had gone on one side of the oven and the heating element on the other side. Colin honestly advised the seal didnt need replacing, but showed me the old heating element which was broke. He quickly replaced the heating element and now our cooker is working again. Would highly recommend Colin, excellent service, honest, on time and reliable.
