Not impressed with this shop at all. I bought a ice cream for my daughter with cone and sprinkles and cost me £2.90 My daughter took a few steps away from counter first lick and it rolled off the cone, I went back and explained it hadn't been put on cone properly, they basically said not our problem you walked away. If it hadn't of been for my 3 year old daughter being so distraught I wouldn't have bought another one! Where is the compassion for a 3 year old child it wasn't her fault, when asked to speak to owner they said can't hand out details, This is the only way I can give feedback to the owner. Absolutely rubbish service.

Quite pricey, but really good. Had one scoop of Oreo in a honeycomb cone.

Asked staff if the sorbet is dairy free as my son has allergies and was assured it was, which was great until I noticed the staff use the same scoops and water for sorbet and ice cream... The girl who served us was lovely about it and had no issue getting a fresh portion with a clean scoop and commented that she had never considered it until now and that they should change the way they work but it's clear they have little to know training regarding allergens and that is a huge concern.

If i could give No stars i would. The girl with bad fake lashes was so rude,didnt even speak,smile,asked for a 99,didnt put the flake in so asked her,again met with silence whilst she shoved it in the ice cream. Extreamly bad customer service... would not go again!
