Christmas Lights Tour - absolutely great evening. Was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday and Anniversary. Paul is very knowledgeable on the whole trip and learnt some very interesting facts from history. Highly recommend.

Interesting, entertaining, and accommodating!Absolutely would recommend this service! Our driver Paul was a fantastic tour guide, full of great historical items of interest.Since we had already visited a few sights on foot, he adjusted our itinerary to accommodate those changes & provided a fascinating and entertaining visit to a number of areas around central London. He was also willing to adjust our pickup location on the morning of our tour, making it simple to catch up with him.

This was my first black cab tour, so I wasn't 100% sure was to expect as I normally would do a hop-on, hop-off bus tour. Take it from me, there is just NO comparison. Much more personal, more private, more affordable, and you definitely get to see and learn more than on one of those bus tours. It's also one of the only type of tours that are unique to London. In Paris, they have hop on hop off tours, but definitely no black cab tours. ;)I chose Bespoke Black Cab Tours because it was one of the smaller, more local companies. Paul was very responsive and accommodating, even at the last minute. Also, they came to pick us up right at our doorstep, and when the day was done we were dropped right back off.Our tour guide was Graham, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was so sweet, smart, and patient. He took so many great pictures of us that I now have hanging on my wall, and more importantly, gave us so many great memories and stories to tell. It had been over two years since I'd seen my family, and Covid meant we couldn't really go to many places. He made this trip so incredibly special. We really lucked out with him. He was also able to give so many interesting bits of information about our local area, since he himself is a local, that I would never have known otherwise. He also made sure to get us back in time for an appointment we had, and he was great at communicating any concerns about time.I'll definitely be back for another tour. Highly recommend black cab tours and this lovely company. :)

Our family of 6 loved Christmas lights tour offered by Paul. His electric black cab with a panoramic roof comfortably fits 6 people (plus a dog in our case). Lots of interesting information provided by Paul as well who is really friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant. It was great fun and 4 hours flew by while singing, chatting, admiring Christmas lights and laughing

A great end to our anniversary trip to London. Paul did exactly as we asked and took us to the more obscure sights of London, which made our final morning there relaxing and enjoyable, before dropping us at Euston for our journey home to Wales.Thank you Paul

Paul FAR exceeded my expectations for this service - we booked a 4-hour tour of London on a sunny (!!!) Wednesday morning. While they weather situation was nothing short of dumb luck, Paul's service (curb-side pickup for mobility impaired passengers), his fascinating and info-packed tour of the city, and super friendly demeanour meant it was a journey to remember. I will certainly be calling Paul again next time family are in town, I can't imagine our experience to have gone any better.

We booked Paul to do a tour for our son's wedding. With just ten close family in the wedding party it was the perfect (weatherproof) way to fill the time between the afternoon ceremony and the evening dinner.Paul planned a route based around music (the bride is a musician) and history (the bride's family are from the US). The cabs came decked out in traditional ribbons and looked immaculate and gleaming.With lots of stops along the way it was the perfect way to play 'musical chairs' and swop over so that the two families got to know each other better.Because we were communicating just with Paul in the planning stages it felt like a very tailored personal service.We also got some fabulous shots in different spots all over London. We all had an amazing day. Highly recommended.
