Excellent. Needed a plunger on a late Sunday afternoon to fix a blocked sink! A quick Google found this shop and it is open until 8! This place is an Aladdin's cave! Staff are great and very helpful. Highly recommended!

It is very rare that you find a merchant who is not only willing to sell you what you need, but who is also able to direct you to choose what works best for you. But even more so, it is rare to find one who cares about your wellbeing. Not only did Ali help me find what I needed, he also took the trouble to walk to my house and rescue me from a dilemma that I had when I needed to change a door. It's that duty of care that makes W11 builders merchants not only the best in my world but the best in other people's worlds. I personally witnessed him treat other customers like brothers and sisters, even though he is a businessman. Ali, if I could give this business 10 stars I would. I recommend this business to anyone who needs most household cleaning, kitchen and DIY essentials.

Called about a electrical part. They said they have it in stock. Great! I asked for the price. I was told when I come to the store, they will tell me the price. Seems that they want to take advantage of my situation :) shady customer service
