I have been having home visits from Audrius for a few months now to help not only give me muscle relief from my cycling but also to help manage an ongoing back issue. Always on time and very flexible with booking times.If you are having muscle aches and need some help then this is the service for you. Be under no illusion though, this is not a soft touch massage, he will get in to those knots and loosen them off. If you haven’t had a sports massage before then don’t be put off by the discomfort you will go through on the first one; follow it up soon after and then have regular appointments to keep those muscles in good order and the more you have the more tolerant you will become of the pressure applied.I have referred friends to Audrius and I know first hand the relief they have felt after he has worked their issues.I was always unsure of having a sports massage but now it is part of my healthy routine and makes managing my back and leg pain so much manageable.
