Went into store and asked for the product I wanted only to be told they didn’t sell them even though the website says d they had them in stock. Came home ordered online and picked up from same store 1hr later. Staff need more training as they clearly don’t know what tooling they stock.

Always amazes me how this shop has remained open. The staff are clueless, unhelpful and lack product knowledge & basic communication skills. On this occasion (10th June 2023); after what seemed like an hour at the tills (I queued 4 times at 2 tills) whilst the boy endeavoured to see the screen through his fringe. He then handed me my cash change - £6 in 20p pieces :(NEVER AGAIN! LONG LIVE THE INTERNET!!

Visited Halfords Blackwood today to purchase 2 sleeping bags and some Autoglym products. I was greeted by Ricky who asked how he could help me. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different options. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service. The store is very well laid out and I noticed other members of staff helping other customers in a friendly helpful manner. Keep up the good work. Very happy customer.

I needed a rear brake bulb. The young man who served me found exactly what I needed. He(Franc) fitted both rear brake lights with no problem . He also checked the oil and water for me. I appreciated this as I live on a hill so cannot get an accurate reading. He was polite addressing me with respect. This is important to me. Thank you.
