Popped in for a couple of things ad hoc after a long trip to Africa on my multistrada V4s… 1) service intervals and history advice done. 2) Advice on a subtle engine noise given by lead tech done. 3) lost cruise control button replaced from spare assembly in house… (so, I didn’t need to purchase the whole assembly) Brilliant fast service..

Great bunch of guys, willing to go the extra mile. They've taken on issues with my monster created by my local dealership and have been working hard to fix the problems. Really friendly, really approachable.. probably best in the country for service.

I called in unannounced today (Friday 4pm) with a defective rear brake, my bike was in the workshop, brakes fixed and back in the car park to be tested by 4:30. Outstanding service by the team who pulled out all the stops. I have no issues in leaving a 5 star recommendation, which I rarely do as I rarely have cause to.

Deciding where to have my Streetfighter V4 Desmo service and found that Ducati Preston where the best value. I rode my my bike from the South coast to Preston! They provided a quality service evidencing the whole process by sending me photos. How many dealers do that! This showed there honesty and integrity in the way they provide a service. They spent time explaining exactly what they had done and why. Thankyou Martin and the service team! I would recommend this great team to anyone that is looking for professional customer service.

Needed some urgent work on my Multistrada brakes before heading off to Germany. Not only did they fit me in to their busy schedule but carried out the work quickly and then didn’t charge me a penny!I do have my bike serviced by them but this was above and beyond what you’d expect.That’s a level of service that you struggle to find nowadays.Excellent bunch of guys. My thanks to Martyn and George who made this happen.
