My mother absolutely loves her new chair! She can be a little bit fussy but she hasn't got out of it since it arrived! The delivery guy were great too, very patient- thanks gents!

Outstanding service from start to finish. They have sorted my nan out with a chair, stairlift, an adjustable bed and even a new bathroom, all of which has massively improved her day to day life. Friendly and professional throughout and my nan is thrilled with everything she has. I cannot recommend highly enough.

My mother was in need of a costed but was unable to get about as her leg was broken, a lovely women named Kath was really patient with my mum and found out all the information of what she'd be using it for to get her the best option. As she was a little unsure, the compony brought 3 suitable ones that varied slightly so she could test and try which she wanted. the delivery lads were lovely and professional. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave us an hours notice. All round, very impressed.

Have never met a team as brilliant as Adam and Dan. They have gone out of their way to do a precise and accurate job on my shower room. Clean and tidy throughout. Couldn't be more pleased. Lovely lads, very friendly

Recently bought my Grandad a mobility scooter from SelfSure. The product knowledge of the team on the phone was second to none. They talked us through every detail to find my Grandad the perfect Scooter. He is so happy with it and now has his independence when out and about. Will definitely be in touch again when other things are required.

I ordered a chair for my elderly father who has issues with mobility, the team at self sure were professional from start to finish & I couldn’t be more thankful.My dad had issues finding comfort on his old furniture due to his back but he has told me on many occasions how his new chair is helping & not adding to the aggravation and pain.We had a delivery around a week ago and when the chair turned up my dad felt that it was too small for his lounge area. I contacted self sure who went above and beyond, they delivered a bigger chair and collected the smaller one free of charge with zero hassle.Thanks for your help the self sure team, I will certainly be back if I need you guys again.

We phoned self sure for a bathroom quote then Paul came out to see us. He spent lots of time helping us choose the best options for my parents offering good honest advice and a quote. My parents love the final product thank you. Well worthy of five out of five

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you felt the service was not value for money. My understanding is that we visited your home to repair your bed. During our site visit it was found that the bed required new motors. Unfortunately your bed is a specialist bed in that it was manufactured for a particular sales company who ceased to trade in May 2010. Unfortunately spare parts for this bed are no longer available, meaning we are unable to repair the bed. In your comments you stated that our Bathroom Specialist came to your home to repair the bed. The reason you thought this is that we sent you a Meet the Team" leaflet which shows pictures of all our internal staff so our Customers can put a face to the voice when they ring into our offices. This leaflet does not contain our field based staff. This is when you thought you recognised the person who visited your home. I can categorically confirm that our Bathroom Specialist has never visited your home and in fact it was one of our engineers. If you check the signature and name on the technicians worksheet you will see the name is different to that our our Bathroom Specialist. I hope this clarifies this misunderstanding. Excellent service! My family had our bathroom done after a local recommendation. Everything was installed efficiently and professionally! Reliable service that I would recommend again!

Only gave one star as we can’t give zero. Despicable company; they have taken advantage of our Gran for many years. They gained her trust, thinking she had a good deal and no matter how many times we asked her not to call for help, she always did. We have since found a decent company who have advised us that the “service” they offer out of the back of their van cannot be provided as it needs to take place in a workshop! The batteries provided are substandard and cost 4x the amount charged by most other companies. We wrote this review in the hope that others won’t be ripped off and taken advantage of.
